Program and Project Management for Enterprise Innovation, or P2M, is a methodology for innovation in which program management and project management are combined as a result of integration and fusion of diverse in-depth knowledge and experiences in various professional fields.

The latest version of P2M, 3rd Edition, has been published by Project Management Association of Japan or PMAJ in 2014, while the original version was published by the Engineering Advancement Association of Japan under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry in 2001. The original version received much attention in Europe as a great methodology in which Japanese cultural values were integrated into management.
